Athletics Competitions-Updated
Congratulations to our two athletics teams who have been competing in heats over the past couple of weeks
Our B team came third in their heat at Stanley on Tuesday evening whilst our A team won their heat against Churchtown, OLOL and Norwood on Wednesday.
The A team went forward to the final that was held at Stanley on 12/2/14 and tied with Churchtown in a fantastic display of athletics. Sadly, Churchtown pipped our school to the title as they had won 11 events to our 9. This should not diminish an excellent performance, where all children performed at their very best.
Thanks to everyone for their help with lifts and the great support on both evenings.
