Welcome to Farnborough Road Junior SchoolBelonging together, learning together, achieving together

4/2 Mrs Wright

Today we have been enjoying Roman Day, the costumes are brilliant!

We had a great Roman Feast - but without the dormice and snails!

Look at our soldiers and Goddess, we really got into the sprit of the day.

We were challenged to make a Roman temple using only newspaper and two pieces of card. It had to have four pillars and a roof.

This is us trying to create the 'tortoise' formation that the Romans used when attacking.

We are taking part in a microscope project and have begun to get used to using the microscopes today.  We began by using magnifying glasses and then moved onto the microscope.
