Coastal Conservation Project 2012 - 2013
Our school council is now working on it's new project alongside Farnborough Infants and Greenbank High. We are working in partnership with the "Ainsdale Discovery Centre." The discovery centre is located behind Ainsdale's Pontin's and has access to wonderful dune walks and nature trails. Some of the trails need work on them to make them more open to the public and there is a lot of work to be done in helping with the conservation of the dunes and the creatures that live there!
We hope to be able to work with the discovery centre in improving the trails, up-dating existing signs and establishing clear routes for the walkers. There's a lot to be done but we are all looking forward to getting stuck in as it's such a beautiful place to go.
