Today we're celebrating world Book Day with lots of fun activities in school. The children and staff have all come dressed as their favourite book characters we've got Alice in Wonderland, The BFG, Jemima Puddleduck, Cat in The Hat, Where's Wally and a whole host of Harry Potter characters to name just a few.
We're looking at the World Book Day podcasts, doing lots of class based book activities and hosting a book swap where every child will donate a book and get a book another child has donated to take home.
This afternoon picnic there'll be class picnics where the children will settle down with their favourite books and a snack and have a read on blankets in their classroom.
