Maths Day

Multiplication Facts

 

We had a fantastic Maths Day on Tuesday. All year groups had a carousel of interesting maths activities linked to using and applying the multiplication facts.

We have introduced the times table challenge (bronze, silver and gold) to the children and they will be tested on their facts the first week back after half term:

Bronze for 2,5,10 and 4x

Silver for 3,6,9,and 8x

Gold for 12,7,11x

Please encourage your child to learn the multiplication facts, the "Guide for Parents" has information and activities to support the understanding and retaining of  these facts.
