Plan to Re-open School

We have been informed today that Sefton have given permission for schools to re-open from Monday 22nd June to some year groups.

In our school, this means that Y6 children will be able to come back to school in small 'bubbles'. Year 6 parents have already responded to a letter giving them a choice of days and we will confirm arrangements with those families in the next 48 hours.

Our childcare provision for key workers and vulnerable pupils will continue as normal next week. There will be some entrance and room changes for this facility and again, we will be in touch to confirm.

We hope to give all children a chance to come into school before the summer holiday. For this to happen, we have some plans to finalise and we will write to you again once we know exactly how it will work.

This has been a worrying and frustrating time for all families and we are keen to get all of the children back to school as soon as it is safe to do so.

Please contact me using adrianantell@frjs.co.uk if you have any questions.

A letter from Sefton about this decision can be found on the link below:
