Welcome to Farnborough Road Junior SchoolBelonging together, learning together, achieving together

15 for 15,000

Elsie’s Story is clearly a charity that is close to everyone’s heart.

Farnborough Road Schools want to help raise money so that the charity can help make some really positive changes in the local community.

On Friday 20th June and Saturday 21st June, we want to engage the whole community to raise money for the charity that aims to create a positive legacy in memory of Elsie Dot Stancombe.

There are 3 events happening over this weekend:

Miss Sephton and Mr Antell will be doing a charity parachute jump. Both headteachers will be jumping from 15,000 feet on Saturday 21st June. The costs of the jump have been paid for by local businesses, so every penny raised will go towards the charity. A big thank you to Rigby Building Contractors and Lee Bibby Building services. •

Staff, parents and other members of the local community will be doing the ‘Colour Run’ at Southport Rugby Club on Saturday 21st June.

We want the children to play a full part in this event, so we will be holding a ‘Break the Rules Day’ where children will pay to break the rules on Friday 20th June.
