PARENT/TEACHER MEETINGS – WEDNESDAY, 3rd & THURSDAY, 4th DECEMBER 2014

ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING

We will be holding our Autumn Term Parent/Teacher meetings during week beginning Monday, 2nd December 2013. Our main sessions will be on Wednesday, 3rd December after school, and Thursday, 4th December in the evening. However, some of the teachers are also offering other appointment times.
The school has introduced a new intuitive and easy to use online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. We are confident this will be an improvement to the previous system and welcome any feedback.
Appointments can be made from today and will close the day before each session. If you wish to make any changes after this time, please contact the school office.

 A short guide on how to add appointments is on the reverse of this letter – it is quite straightforward but if you have any difficulty please speak to the office staff.
 If you do not have access to the internet, please contact the school office who will be happy to add appointments on your behalf.
 If you have any mobility problems and require assistance to access school in any way, would you please let the office know prior to your appointment?
Following government changes to methods of curriculum and assessment there are lots of changes this year. We would like all families to attend one of the information presentations BEFORE your first appointment. Further details will be sent in a separate letter in the coming days.
